Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority! We hope you love every purchase but realize when shopping online sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need assistance or have questions about your order please contact us at everlyandash@outlook.com.

 Return Policy

We do NOT offer refunds but we do offer store credit on all returns. The store credit will be issued via email within 1-5 business days of receiving your return. You can use the code provided during checkout of your next purchase. Store credit never expires.

The amount of your credit will be for the returned merchandise and will NOT include any shipping fees.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Returns must be received to us within 14 days after the date they were delivered to you. All returns received after this will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee.

Returns must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached. All returns will be inspected for wear, odors and damage upon arrival. It is up to our discretion to accept or reject the return. The reshipping fee of a rejected return is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items, accessories and bodysuits are NOT returnable.

Please include your original invoice or print off your order confirmation email and send this documentation back with your return. If you do NOT include any documentation, we will not be able to process your refund.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Email everlyandash@outlook.com to request a return. Include your name and order number and reason for your return request. Upon review of your request we will provide you with the information needed to mail your return and complete the process.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory we cannot provide exchanges at this time.

Cancellation

All orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.

 Price Adjustments

Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments at this time. If an item goes on sale right after you made your purchase, you can return the original item and use your store credit to repurchase the item at the lower price if the item is still in stock.
